Executive Team Cohesiveness

Procurement University, GCC

18/03/2017
What I would highlight: This course with Eskil has brought our team very close to each other with real team spirit. We sat together for five days which is probably much more than that we had in five years. I hope all of us will continue this journey of professional development.

Director, Software House (UK)

What I would highlight: A very interactive day that really flew by. Everything was such a pleasure, from the room to the facilitators and the fact that you provided 1:1 mentoring after the event to make sure that I was remembering my new way of communicating. I never realised that I waved my hands around so much!

Leadership Psychology

Finance University, GCC

What I would highlight: I enjoyed your workshops a lot specially the mind-set, because I learnt about the comfort zone and the roots of why I’m in the grey zone, and how to boost it to the Sparkling Zone. I liked the group workshop, because it gave us a practice of how to manage team thinking, accepting each other a bit more easier, as well as staying focused on the main topic without distraction. The fact that I was enrolled in your amazing course helps me in PERSONAL & CAREER.

Deploying Intrapreneurship

SA, Director .

24/02/2017
What I would highlight: The Deploying Intrapreneurship program was informative and straight to the point which helped us not just in our work but also in our daily life. It was a delightful experience and we are looking forward to organising the next training course. I would strongly recommend any corporate and institution to hire Eskil training to create rapport in the work environment and enhance methods for conflict management and resolution.

Executive Stress Management

Corporate Governance Freight Company, UK

14/02/2017
What I would highlight: The two days I spent with you in London were so good for me because I could start to understand where the stress was coming from and then using CBT and Mindfulness to address it. The fact that time was taken for you to sit with each of us 1:1 really made a difference and I can’t recommend you highly enough.

Corporate Strategy

Divisional Manager, Manufacturing (UK)

10/02/2017
What I would highlight: I was worried that four days talking about strategy was going to be a problem. But I was wrong. The fact that there were so many exercises meant that there was a great mix of theory and activity and then it was all tied back into what I was doing at work. Of all the workshops and training programs I’ve been on, this one was a real standout.

Authentic Leadership

SA, Head of Leadership & Talent Management Mobile Telecoms, Kuwait

10/02/2017
What I would highlight: Eskil facilitated a host of sessions for 120 of our retail sales employees at various levels and did an outstanding job of it. The feedback was excellent to the amount of effort gone in to design and customize the program and linking it to our business goals. Their ability to translate complex concepts into simple to understand methodologies was the biggest asset. I would recommend them for any sales and business development programs.

Authentic Leadership

Director, Retail Bank (USA)

24/01/2017
What I would highlight: The venue was very nice and we were presented with a delegate pack that I can honestly say I have NEVER seen before. Before we even began the first session on what makes leader authenticity, I realised that this WAS different. The assessments, and exercises (not forgetting the games!) made this a fantastic experience. Yes, I finally said it was an experience!

The Complete Leader

Managing Director Software House, USA

14/01/2017
What I would highlight: I have attended so many training events but have always gone away feeling that it was a nice distraction but not a lot of value. This program is the exception. For the first time in probably ever, I took time to look at my psychology and behaviours and how this impacted my personal brand as the leader / ambassador for my company. I have already expressed interest in two of your other short courses!

Authentic Leadership

PH

06/01/2017
What I would highlight: I really enjoyed how Eskil approached this. There was an extensive amount of pre-work including consultation and assessments and the two facilitators had run organisations to over £100m so they really understood how to handle big business. The discussions around ethics were very interesting without getting too bogged down in details about governance and compliance. The focus on authenticity was very useful and the group discussions were invaluable. Definitely worth attending.

Authentic Leadership

TK

02/01/2017
What I would highlight: Two off us attended from our organisation as we were interested in psychology and behaviour and how leadership ethics would work in a growing market. The facilitators were fluent in French and this helped the workshop to feel more comfortable. The venue was exceptional and the evening meals with other delegates were a lot of fun. The 360 degree emotional intelligence is very useful and I have recommended that all of our board does this and the other Eskil workshops are attended.

Corporate Strategy

Senior Manager, Retail (USA)

16/12/2016
What I would highlight: The venue was amazing. It was the most pain-free experience. Add to that, the delegate packs really blew people away - all of this before the actual workshop! On the point of the workshop the content was very interesting and the workbook made sure that we didn’t have to suffer data overload but could focus on exercises that tied back into what we are doing in the organisation. You guys were great!

12/12/2016
What I would highlight: We are delighted with the Media for Leaders course provided, which was brilliantly delivered, engaging with all learning styles effectively, truly enjoyable, easy to follow and take in, and usefully challenging, why not? We will benefit greatly from the increased commercial awareness, improved team working and innovative thinking thanks to the training provided by Eskil. We can easily see them returning to support our ongoing commercial business.

What I would highlight: I am part of a leadership development program, sent to an Eskil workshop with a foundation on psychology, behaviour and ethics. The content was very easy to grasp and the workbook had further information where required. I like that I have to demonstrate understanding before being awarded a certificate and hope that my exercise book was of the correct standard for my award!

AB, Organiser Intrapreneurship Conference

10/12/2016
What I would highlight: We invited Eskil Training to deliver a workshop at our conference last year and I must congratulate ourselves for this decision. The workshop was extraordinary and a highlight of our Intrapreneurship Conference as per delegates feedback. It was a great pleasure to work with Neil, and I hope we will have many more collaborations in the near future. We therefore highly recommend Eskil Training. Neil, thanks again.
