East Kent ITeC offers a variety of online courses through learndirect.

The great thing about learning with learndirect is that the courses are so flexible. Once enrolled, you can do your course at this centre or from home or work or eveywhere that has access to the internet. You can learn at your own pace and whenever it suits you.

ECDL

Recognised in over 125 counties, the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) is the world's fastest growing IT qualification. Suitable for those who have some experience with computers or a Level 1 qualification.

The course is divided into two areas:

• ECDL Essentials - which covers basic concepts of IT, managing files, and email.
• ECDL Extras - which covers Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Databases and Presentations.
