European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL)

Course Description
ECDL is a Europe-wide qualification which allows people to demonstrate their competence in computer skills. The course will be delivered using Microsoft Office. Each of the 7 course modules (see content below) has an associated test. Students may book sessions in the colleges Flexible Learning Centres at times suitable to them. Tests are offered on a regular basis.

No prior experience necessary.

Course Content
Basic concepts of IT Using the computer and managing files (Microsoft Windows) Word Processing (Word) Spreadsheets (Excel) Databases (Access) Graphics (Powerpoint) Networking (the Internet).
