Course Aims:
For those wishing to return to study or improve their maths skills

Course Content:
You will negotiate with your tutor your own study programme and the course includes skills such as:
Fractions/Decimals/Percentages
Measurement
Shape
Charts and Graphs
Practical application of maths

Progression:
After successful completion of the course you can move onto other college courses at the appropriate level.

Awarding Body:
NCFE

Exam:
Assessment will be by successful completion of a portfolio that is internally marked and externally verified

Qualification:
Certificate in Adult Numeracy

Level:
Entry

2 hours per week for 30 weeks
