In any given office, there are a number of systems and procedures in place to make sure things run smoothly. However, understanding and implementing these systems takes hard work and a wealth of relevant corporate knowledge. This course has been specifically designed to equip office staff with the skills they need to become successful senior leaders.
This home learning course is made up of five informative units. These engaging modules aim to teach our learners all they need to know about working in an office environment. During the course of this distance learning qualification, students will learn about everything from customer service and personnel administration to communications and project management.

Study Hours

This is only an approximate figure and is dependant upon how much time you can dedicate to your studies and how well you grasp the learning concepts in the course material. Furthermore, at the end of each lesson there is a question paper that needs to be completed and returned to your tutor. You should allow at least 1 - 2 hours of study to complete each question paper.
