Overview You will explore the role that exercise and nutrition plays in the maintenance of good health and the prevention of disease. You will learn about nutrition relating to health, exercise and sport, issues in relation to the psychology and sociology of health, the communication and promotion of health issues and the anatomy andphysiology of exercise.
