Two day workshop
Course objectives:
- To review the relevant anatomy of the shoulder complex
- Review the mechanics of the shoulder complex and it's response to pain and dysfunction in the neurological shoulder
- Introduce the idea of the relevance
Practical Session:
- Investigating assessing and treating the thoracic and rib area to achieve improved upper limb function
- Investigate involving placement of the hand and the use of sterognosis to achieve improved function of the upper limb
- Investigating the importance in addressing the upper limb when working to increase balance, trunk stability and changing pattern in another limb
