This incorporates a cleanse and tone, followed by aromatic cool steaming; the application of an extensive facial, neck and shoulder massage is also included to ensure all areas of tension and fatigue are addressed. Resulting in accumulated toxins being dispersed, thus clearing a sluggish skin. The techniques are modified to address the client’s individual needs according to skin type, the application of a mask and protective treatment creams.

Cheryl Cole Academy courses include both theoretical and practical elements condensed into a short course, as such the class sizes are restricted and any practical is carried out on models, allowing students to spend the time on the course gaining valuable skills.
