Creating engagement: structuring sessions, active listening, questioning and summarising skills, building ownership and action
Building rapport: reading group dynamics, building trust, matching different styles and preferences
Selecting the right intervention: ensuring energy and participation, techniques, tips and methodologies, maximising creativity in groups
Handling challenge: identifying and clarifying challenge, challenges directed at you, conflict in groups, dealing with opting out over energetic participants
Self awareness and personal energy: your strengths and weaknesses, 'anchoring' yourself, maintaining personal energy, self assessment
Learning approaches:

You will have the opportunity to facilitate small group exercises to practice key skills and approaches. There will be 360° feedback from fellow delegates on your strengths and areas for development.
