Four Day Workshop

This course explores the continuity of the connective tissue (or fascial) system and its integrative nature with regard to the other bodily systems, i.e. vascular, osseous, nervous etc. The overall aim is to give a sense of how closely inter-related and integrated our mind and body actually are, and how the energy system can be used to bring this inter-relationship, between mind and body, into a more harmonious state of dynamic balance. Structural release techniques will be taught, enhanced and developed, whilst at the same time relating these to the energy flow and mind/body techniques. An underlying core focus of the course is to bring about a greater inner physical awareness, which will not only aid in the development of the palpatory and release skills, but also nurture a deeper sense of intuition and trust within your own work as a therapist.
