Course programme
This course offers students throughout the UK and EU the opportunity to study via a unique blend of weekend attendance supported by face to face, email, telephone and one-to-one tuition. You will work through a series of Textile Practice Projects, building your knowledge and skills and developing a portfolio of sampling and products, culminating in a Final Collection and Exhibition. Bradford Workshops and taught attendance is as follows: From September 2015: A seven day, ‘Winter Workshop’ 11-17 January 2016, three days 15-17 April 2016 and three days 08-10 July 2016. From September 2016: A five day ‘Autumn School’ followed by three day study weekends in February and May. From September 2017: A five day ‘Autumn School’ followed by three day study weekends in December, March and June, culminating in the Final Collection and Summer Show Exhibition in June 2018. Weekly tuition is via one-to-one tutorials through email, telephone and face to face continues throughout the course, in all three periods of study, providing high quality support on all creative and technical areas.
