Join top UK photographer Jon Gray at Park Cameras for a studio workshop with a difference!

With the continuing demand to shoot models in a studio environment it is often the case that the important finishing touches - jewelry especially - are overlooked. As such Jon has come up with the perfect solution, effectively combining a one-day workshop that deals with shooting a model in a studio environment AND still life product images of items such as jewelry.

At the start of the day Jon will showcase some of his own work, explaining the required approach and attention to detail needed in order to effectively combine a shoot that focused on both the model and associated ‘focus items', such as jewelry. Moving on, and utilising our inhouse studio with model, Jon will progress to highlighting the various lighting techniques required for still life photography in a studio environment. At the same time Jon will relate back to the requirements that photographers will need to consider should they be looking to develop a portfolio of images around this genre of photography. Progressing into the afternoon, delegates will have the chance to put into practice everything that Jon has taught them with one-to-one shooting opportunities with our model who will be present throughout the day.

Course Timings:

Please aim to arrive at Park Cameras for 9.30 allowing enough time for registration to take place. Shortly before 10am you will be invited into the seminar/studio area for morning refreshments with the workshop commencing from 10am and finishing at around 5pm.
