• Introduction to dissociation
• Dissociation and its applications in CBH
• Two-stage dissociation and its use in CBH
• Ego state therapy
• One part and multiple parts dissociation and how to use them in CBH
• Regression and time lines and their use with CBH

Weekend 3

• Further CBT Models and their use in hypnotherapy
• Aaron Beck model and its use in Hypnotherapy
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and its use in hypnotherapy

Weekend 4

• Further CBT models and their use in hypnotherapy
• Psycholinguistics in hypnotherapy
• Developing cognitive skills through your internal dialogue

Weekend 6

Duration

The Fast Track Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is of six months' duration with lectures spread over six weekends (Saturday and Sunday) at monthly intervals.
