Karl Christie
Exercise & Fitness Tutor
Karl has been a fitness professional and trainer for 13 years. Karl has a very diverse and broad expertise in the areas of health and fitness, he talks and lectures on topics from female fat loss, hormones to psychology, exercise, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, performance, nutrition and everything in-between. He has a BSc (Hons). In sports therapy from the University of Teesside and further professional certifications and is currently pursuing an MSc in Rehabilitation.
Course programme
How do I study this course?
You will attend a total of 20 days.
It will be a mixture of theory (Active IQ) and practical workshops within a condensed time-frame at one of Fit Training's facilities.
- Part 1: Gym-Based Exercise - 5 days a week for 2 weeks
- Part 2: Personal Training - 15 days over 3 weeks
How often do the courses run?
We endeavour to start every 6 weeks.
