Felt in the Factory is a fully equipped dedicated feltmaking studio that is set near the beautiful and enchanting area of the Wye Valley. The studio is a creative, relaxing space that will nurture your abilities and help you to evolve and grow your own unique style with a variety of felt courses.

We aspire it to be a top felt learning centre of excellence and a place where you can meet up with like minded people, hire the facilities as an individual or with friends and aim to provide a huge variety of felt related courses.

Supplies will also be available for sale, including fibres, fabrics and equipment.

Felt in the Factory is approximately 3 miles from the end of the M50 so easy access to a real rural feltmaking retreat. We aspire to teach a high quality of feltmaking by Caroline Merrell, who is the resident feltmaker and also by invited tutors both from the UK and further afield. We are within easy travelling distance from south Wales and Gloucestershire and surrounding areas.
