Business realities are constantly changing in terms of financial markets, international accounting standards, and financial, tax and commercial legislation. These changes led to the emergence of new financial products, new financial and fiscal obligations, and led to mergers, acquisitions and exchange of shares, as well as to internationalization and, in many cases, relocation of production.
The Postgraduate course in Finance and Taxation is the course with the highest number of editions at Porto Business School, and as such has been a great and very relevant presence in the corporate fabric of Porto and in the Portuguese institutions. By meeting real and pressing needs, the demand for this program has been permanent and sustainable.

The quality of the faculty - made up of professors of the University of Porto - and the invited speakers of the Post-Graduation in Finance and Taxation is one of the distinguishing factors of this program. The inclusion of three practical projects is an additional asset.
