About this course
Completion of a Level 3 qualification at overall Merit grade, GCSE grade C in English Language and Level 2 Literacy or A Level equivalent, or appropriate industrial experience/APEL. UCAS Tariff 200 points - mature students with relevant experience will be considered.

How will I spend my time on the course?
The course provides a bespoke learning experience tailored to your individual interests, strengths and aspirations within a supportive studio culture, led by committed, experienced and engaging tuition.
We aim to break down the boundaries between subject areas, and to challenge and question traditional approaches. The course emphasises the significance of individuality and enables you to construct your own unique visual practice, by developing the appropriate skills and knowledge to do so. We support your studio and workshop activities with contextual modules, which promote an understanding of the historical, theoretical and cultural background to fine art and design practice.
What other help can I get from the college?
Our Student Support Services staff can offer advice and guidance on financial matters, accommodation and childcare. Counsellors are available to help with personal and emotional problems and the College also employs a nurse for any medical advice or emergencies.
