The purpose of the course is to give delegates a good understanding of fire safety in the workplace and at home. The course is aimed at providing delegates with the necessary skills and competence to know how to adopt a good fire safety strategy at work and home including what to do in the event of either discovering a fire, or hearing the fire alarm sound. The course also gives the delegates the skills required to use either a fire blanket or relevant fire extinguishers to extinguish a small fire.
