First Aid at Work Refresher

Course Overview
This is a short course held over 2 consecutive days to give attendees the qualification towards being an appointed person for First Aid in their work place.

Course Structure
This is a course to re-qualify those people who already hold a valid First Aid at Work certificate awarded by an organisation approved by the Health & Safety Executive.

Qualification Aims
Full certification which will last for 3 years.

Assessments/Examinations
The course involves continual assessment with a final practical and multiple-choice examination and practical CPR assessment. Successful completion of the course will lead to the award of a Refresher Certificate, which is valid for three years.

Cost / Equipment
Tuition fee£100. No concessions.

2 days starting: 19th October 2009; 2nd November 2009; 8th February 2010; 22nd March 2010; 26th April 2010; 11th May 2010
Other dates may be available for group bookings (minimum 8 maximum of 12) on request. These could be delivered in the work place or college.
