First Diploma in Art and Design is equivalent to 4 GCSE's at grades 'A', to 'C'. Specialist Diploma Multi Media is equivalent to a further 2 x GCSEs at grades 'A', to 'C'. This qualification is supported by Key Skills in Communication and ICT.

Current attainment levels of top grades well above the National Comparator.

Progression onto the National Diploma assured upon successful completion of the First Diploma.

Opportunity to participate in an exhibition of own work, which is open to the public.
