Why study BTEC First Diploma in Health & Social Care?
The BTEC First Diploma is intended to provide you with an introduction to the Health & Social Care sectors. In particular it will help you develop the knowledge, understanding and skills required of those who work in the Health & Social Care occupations such as their job responsibilities and their relationship with patients or service users. You will be encouraged to visit the Health & Social Care setting (hospital, homes for the elderly, etc) and learn first hand about how such services work.
