Activity Leadership NVQ 2

This course is designed for those involved in the planning, delivery and evaluation of activity sessions. It covers how to contribute to team work, planning, teaching and evaluating an activity session and how to promote safety.

CYQ Chair Based Exercise for the Frail and Older Person Level 2

This course will provide candidates with the knowledge and skills to deliver a prescribed programme of chair based exercises to the frailer, older person in a safe and effective manner. This course is ideal for people working in a care setting.

CYQ Fitness Instructor - Exercise to Music

This is a certificated Level 2 course which, upon successful completion, will enable candidates to teach group exercise to music. It is aimed at those who have experience in attending group fitness classes to music.

This is a CYQ accredited course and is available to people working in a gym who do not have a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification.
