This 4 hour REPs approved choreography workshop and Masterclass will give you a deeper understanding of a range of choreography techniques. This workshop will provide you with an understanding of various methods of choreography, delivery and music approaches to give your aerobic routines more flexibility and longevity. You will learn how to put together your own choreography using the techniques learnt on the workshop, we will help you develop the skills you already have in designing and developing your own choreography and teaching style to provide fun, exciting and easy to follow classes

You will also take part in an exciting masterclass that will give you lots of choreography and music ideas, including detailed (easy to use) choreography notes to take away in use in your classes straight away.

This choreography workshop will teach you how to:-

-incorporate balanced footing

-develop music approach with verse-chorus, rhythm changes and cross phrasing

-improve delivery style by offering a variety of teaching approaches
