Course programme
You'll need: five GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and mathematics; or a level 2 qualification in Food and Beverage Service or equivalent.
You'll learn: from a combination of practical and theoretical units which will be delivered in an excellent industry-level environment. In addition to developing practical skills and barista skills, you can also learn how to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, carve, fillet, joint and serve food, provide advice to customers on food and beverage matching, and supervise hospitality events.
Expect: to be assessed throughout your course through assignments, projects and practical examinations.
