What will I learn?Course content includes: providing a silver service, serving food at a table, providing a buffet and takeaway service, preparing and serving cocktails, preparing and serving hot drinks using specialist equipment, maintaining a safe, hygienic and secure working environment, working effectively as part of hospitality team & giving customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation
How will I be assessed?Assessment takes place within the workplace
What may it lead to?Successfully completing this course will enable to enter full time employment in the industry and progress to the L3 Diploma in Hospitality Supervision
Entry RequirementsLevel 1 in Catering and Hospitality plus a practical demonstration of your skills, passion and abilities for the catering industry Students without the necessary vocational qualifications can be assessed on their practical skills for entry
