This course is designed for all Food and Beverage staff providing a one-day course giving staff the skills and knowledge to sell and serve Food and Beverages with confidence.

• Identify the principles of customer service within Food and Beverage Services
• Provide Basic Menu and Product knowledge
• Develop and improve the correct methods for setting and serving a table
• Demonstrate and develop the correct methods of presenting, opening and serving wine and beverages
• Look at the best methods/techniques for up selling and cross selling
