Course programme

On this course students will learn techniques and recipes for dishes from the American continent. Dishes will include: Argentinian Empanadas (pasties); World's Greatest Burgers; Jambalaya; Colombian Ajiaco (chicken and potato soup); Bolinho de Chuva (Brazilian Donut); Pecan Pie and Mexican Quesidillas.The tutor will demonstrate how to cook the dishes. A list of ingredients and methods to follow is provided to each student, who will then cook the dishes the following week.
