Course Aims:
This course has been designed to provide students with a wide range of practical skills in all aspects of patisserie and other kitchen areas, which could lead to employment in both large and small bakery establishments.
Course Content:
You will study:
Sessions working in the college craft bakery area producing a vast range of cake and bread products. The emphasis of the sessions is team work.
The bakery is fully equipped with industrial machinery and ovens.
Other sessions are designed to develop practical craft skills where learners will produce a large range of specialist breads, pastries and cake goods.

You will be continuously assessed throughout the course and will compile a portfolio of evidence
