This qualification covers the basic principles of food hygiene for caterers and other food handlers. This course meets the new EU Food safety requirements of legislation. (Awarding Body - The Royal Society for Public Health ) . Courses will be held on 17th February, 7th April and 16th June 2011 (you only need to attend on one of these dates to complete the course).
