Food Safety Training is a legal requirement for anyone who handles food, either wrapped or open, for public consumption.
Training is especially for people working in the hospitality, catering, child care, health care and food manufacturing industries as well as nursing homes.
Employers are advised to have documented evidence of formal Food Hygiene training undertaken by staff
