The College has partnered with Portsmouth In The Community (@PompeyITC) and Futsal (@Futsal Group) and formed the Football Development Programme to offer the highest standards of football coaching development to students on the Island. Programmes range from Level 1 to Level 3, with the potential for students to progress onto Foundation Degrees in Sport and beyond. All students will have the opportunity to play competitively for the Academy Team in weekly league and academy football matches. Students will be coached intensively by professional coaches to improve their fitness and progress their technical skills and tactical awareness.

Alongside this practical skills development, students will study academic programmes from Level 1 to Level 3 (depending on previous qualifications and achievement). The qualifications you will gain are vital to any career path you may choose and for progression.

The Football Programme offers students the opportunity to progress towards employment in the sports industry, or towards further and higher education in sport, while reaching their potential in competitive football.

Our Futsal Arena is the only state-of-the-art Futsal facility on the Island, the facility includes a hi-tech Futsal pitch for both adult and youth games. The pitch is also available for multi-sport use including netball, basketball, handball, volleyball, roller derby and much more!
