Qualification: C&G NVQ LEVEL 2

Programme Area: Landbased

Description:
You can study this course on its own or as part of other full-time courses. It covers:

· planting and maintenance of mixed and small-scale simple species woodland
· using brush cutters and chainsaws
· woodland habitats
· tree measuring, planting and cleaning.

Progression:
You can study for a National Diploma or find employment.

Entry Requirements:
An interest in forestry and some experience of the forestry industry
