Fork Lift Truck Operator Course Content

The Independent Training Standards Scheme and Register (ITSSAR) is regarded for setting the standards to meet demands of employers.

As an ITSSAR approved centre, Red Rose Fork Lift Truck courses meet these standards. Successful candidates, operator/instructor enjoy the benefits of a qualification accepted throughout the industry.

All aspects of safety in FLT operations form an integral part of every course. Routine maintenance to extend the life of equipment and pre-shift checks to improve safety are included.

Red Rose Training is an ITSSAR Approved Examination Centre and all our instructors are registered examiners for the operator courses.

Examinations for both theory and practical sections of the Instructor Course are by Red Rose examiners using our classroom and warehouse facilities.

Red Rose offers FLT Operator training at client's premises provided that the facilities meet with ITSSAR specified standards.

Course Content
Practical tuition is in our purpose - built 4000 sq. ft warehouse with modern fleet of Reach and Counterbalanced fork lift trucks. Lessons in theory, health & safety are in our classrooms, which are equipped with video and OHP facilities to improve the learning environment.
