Who is the course for?
People who are interested in pursung a career in the building industry

What is the course about?
Students will complete a variety of tasks to prove their competence in brickwork skills. the course includes some written theory work and Skills for Life, numeracy, literacy and I.T., will be an integral part of the course

Will I need anything else?
Safety boots and overalls are required.

How long & often do I attend?
34 weeks, two and a half days per week.

How will I be assessed?
Ongoing assessment throughout the course, portfolio and externally set examination

What opportunities will this lead to?
Following this course you may progress onto an Intermediate Construction Award, NVQ Level 2 (upon gaining relevant employment). A wide range of employment opportunities in the Construction Industry.
