Introduction:
The Foundation Degree in Music has been created to assist you in becoming a professional practitioner in the area of Popular and Commercial Music. It is a vocational programme, which looks to build on and progress knowledge, increase your skills base and allow you to further realise your creative potential.
Study Mode & Location:
This course can be studied on a full-time or part-time basis. The full time programme lasts for two years and is studied over two days per week. The part time programme lasts for three years and is also studied over two days per week. The course will be held at Preston College, Park Campus, Moor Park Avenue, Preston, PR1 6AS.
Course Content:
The course will emphasise production and performance skills, related academic studies, and work based learning.
