Foundation Instructor Training Programme

A keen interest in playing sport or taking part in outdoor activities as well as the motivation to lead activities. It is a very hands-on practical course the expectation is to be particpating in all practicals each day.

No formal qualifications required, however, you will possess an outstanding work ethic and keen motivation to progress to becoming an instructor in sports or the outdoor.

All students will be assessed via relevant Senior Tutor and DBS checks to ensure that all students are suitable to work with young children and vulnerable adults.

You will study 2-3x days of practical to develop your leadership skills and personal skills development in a variety of sports or outdoor activities. There will also be some underpinning theory in the classroom.
