Course review:
This course provides a thorough grounding in counselling skills. You will undertake four modules which cover personal and professional development, and theory and skills development. Classes are small with good tutor support. We believe it is important to be supported to develop your self-understanding and to feel confident enough to risk practicing the skills which will be introduced. You will be offered a framework to understand the helping process. You will be encouraged to develop your academic skills.
