NVQ Customer Service

NVQs in Customer Service are work related qualifications suitable for anyone whose job includes working in a customer service environment or working directly with customers. At TLE we offer the NVQ Customer Service Level 2, a qualification designed to recognise the customer service skills you have in the workplace and to give you credit for the activities you undertake there. Clients should therefore be working in a customer service role before enrolling on this course. Candidates can expect to complete their award in 3 to 6 months.
