Course Description:

Whether you are totally new to French cooking or already have an interest or experience in French cuisine, this 5-week course will help to improve your culinary skills and teach you how to make traditional regional French food. As a follow-on from the 10-week course we will cover dishes ranging from soufflés, Canard à L'orange, Pithiviers plus many more delicious dishes which will help to develop a wider repertoire of French cuisine.
