Spread over a 6 months, you will have 6 x 120 minute one to one’s, to work through real life scenario’s in the following area’s including:


1. Self-Awareness –
Specifically aimed at raising levels of awareness, creating a climate where successful behaviour change can take place and derailers avoided.


2. Time Management and Personal Effectiveness –
Specifically looking at KPI’s and how you spend your time.


3. Communication Strategy for Team and Top 10 Customers –
Specifically looking at your communication style through a psychometric profile and identifying that of others.


4. Team Performance Audit and Strategy Development –
Specifically placing your team members in Landsberg’s Skill Will Matrix and identifying individual management plans.


5. Team Environment –
Specifically identifying the Team Leaders management style in relation to your team’s individuals and their KPI’s, and developing a contextual strategy to move forward.


6. Stakeholder Management –
Specifically looking at a real live business problem you are currently working on, identifying the stakeholders and a developing a tailored communication strategy for each.
