Candidates will understand the legislation related to Manual Handling and load management and at the end of the course complete a test paper. Suitable for: Both new staff members with absolutely no experience at all and staff who want to improve their techniques, knowledge and be updated in new legislation.

Throughout the course candidates are assessed by taking part in practical hands on exercises including the experience of being hoisted themselves and using a wheelchair.
