Course Details

A2 law can be studied as part of the full-time A2 programme, in which students are expected to study 3 A2 subjects. This course is a natural progression for anyone who has studied AS Law and is offered as a one year course. For A2 modules you will examine crimes such as murder, manslaughter, grievous bodily harm, and offences against property and apply your knowledge to specific problems. A synoptic element also involves study of wider issues such as law and morality and justice.

Qualifications required:
This subject is suitable for anyone who wants to learn more about Law, whether as a personal interest to help you with your career or job, or as a preparation for studies in Higher Education. For A2 study AS level Law is required.
