Aim of course
The course aims to provide the theoretical and practical skills required for those wishing to enter into supervisory work in the animal industry. It is also suited for those that are currently employed in the animal industry.

What will the course involve?
The course is made up of five core and five specialist units including: advanced animal health care, animal handling and safe working, kennels and cattery operations, animals in society, animal science, environmental and human interactions on ecosystems and husbandry of exotics.

What can I do afterwards?
This programme is designed for those looking towards a career in the animal industry at supervisory management level. Students may also progress to the Advanced National Diploma depending on the achievement at Merit or Distinction level.
