About this course

Four GCSEs grades A-C (in most cases) one must be art or an art related subject. Mature and international students are also invited to make an application. You also have the following: an interest in art and design, a folder of artwork and a desire to develop and improve skills.

What will I study?
You will have the chance to discover and enhance your understanding of Art and Design through a very practical experience. Taught by a team of practising artists and designers, the courses will deepen your understanding of your work and that of others.

Duration:
Two years - full time

Do I need any additional qualifications/ skills?

How will I be assessed?
You are assessed continuously, leading to an end of year exhibition and fashion show which is open to the public. At every stage you will discuss your progress with the tutors so that you will be fully aware of the development you are making. Our tutorial system will ensure that you have the support and guidance needed for you to make informed decisions about directions you wish to take.

What can I do afterwards?
The course has an exceptionally high placement rate to Universities and Colleges in Higher Education throughout the UK.
