Description:
This is a practical, work-related course that will give you a taste of art, design and media/ICT. It is ideal if you are not sure about what you want to study in the future. You will learn about visual language and materials which includes drawing development, painting, 3D construction and graphic design. The media/ICT part of the course covers a basic introduction to video, scriptwriting, story-writing and post production, ICT, graphics, and multimedia. The courses are assessed by continuous assessment and practical assignments.

Progression:
BTEC First Diploma Art & Design, DIDA Level 2.

Entry Requirements:
BTEC Introductory certificate or 2 GCSEs at grade G or above.
