Course Description:
This course is suitable if you are interested in a career in beauty therapy.
Course Content:
This course covers:
· manicures
· pedicures
· waxing
· facials
· cosmetic make-up
· eyebrow and eyelash treatments and consultations
· additional qualifications in Key Skills.
Assessment:
Continuous practical, oral and written assessment throughout the course, leading
to the production of a portfolio to demonstrate competence.
Next Steps:
Employment as a therapist or beauty consultant within the industry, progression to Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 3, Diploma in Theatrical and Media Make-Up or Holistic Therapies Diploma.
