WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?
You will learn the basic skills and requirements for a career in the Construction Industry. The course covers the skills and knowledge aspects for employment in the bricklaying field.

WHAT DO I NEED?
WHAT ARE MY COMMITMENTS?
The course requires a minimum of 15 hours per week study, plus any additional support workshop sessions identified. You will need to attend all of the timetables classes and tutorial/support sessions. If your attendance falls below 85% you may not be able to complete your studies.

WHAT WILL I ACHIEVE?
BTEC Certificate in Construction level 1
Introduction to Employment in the Construction Industries Certificate
You will also complete a programme of Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT. These Functional Skills are an essential requirement for employment progression, higher education and other further education courses.
