· Course Overview: · This course is aimed at those with an interest in working in an IT related field such as office work, but who need to develop both their skills and their understanding of employment opportunities. Students will learn about the types of jobs that are available, who they might work for and what working will be like. They will learn how to use a computer for business activities such as word processing. They will develop an understanding of how computers work and how to use the Internet. They will also develop personal skills such as personal financial management.

Entry Requirements: · An introductory course suitable for beginners. School leavers should aim for at least 4 GCSEs at grades E-G including Maths and English.
