Course Description
This course will provide you with skills that could lead you either into employment in the media sector or onto Higher Education. When you finish the course you will leave with a nationally recognised BTEC qualification (equivalent to 3 A-Levels) giving you solid skills in Multimedia, Animation, Web Site Design and Development, Filming and Video Editing techniques (using industry standard Adobe software), Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, and using Video Editing Software.

Entry Requirements
Entry to this course is based on a combination of previous experience and qualifications as well as an assessment interview with College staff. Further details are available on enquiry.

Assessment is based on meeting set targets.

Progression
This course is a specialist vocational qualification and offers career development and advancement opportunities in a range of interactive media industries, or the opportunity to progress onto Higher Education. On successful completion they can sign for the second year to obtain the full diploma.
