About this course

You will need to be 18 or over and have five GCSEs at grade C or above, including English or equivalent Level 2 qualifications. However, enthusiasm for the course is also important. Mature students without these qualifications are also invited to apply.

· Understanding Health and Safety in the Workplace
· Civil Liability for Business
· Contract and Business Law
· Criminal Law Relating to Business.
There will also be the opportunity to develop key work skills in the areas of communication, application of number and IT.
Assessment:
Assessment is by a series of internally and externally-assessed assignments and tests, throughout the course.
Next Steps:
At the end of this course, you will be well prepared for employment in a range of business functions. Alternatively, you could progress to a Degree-level course.
